This wine shows an intense pink salmon color and nuances of pink salmon, good effervescence and foam, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and elegant aromas of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, blueberry and plum followed by hints of yeast and hazelnut. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and round attack with good effervescence and good balance, good body and intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of raspberry and strawberry. This sparkling wine ages for at least 24 months on lees.
