Montello e Colli Asolani (Veneto) Montello e Colli Asolani Rosso Superiore Rubino d'Asolo shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of black currant, black cherry and blueberry followed by aromas of bell pepper, plum, violet, vanilla, cocoa and mace. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of black currant, black cherry and blueberry. Montello e Colli Asolani Rosso Superiore Rubino d'Asolo ages in cask for more than 18 months.
