Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Cuvée Storica shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear, peach and wistaria followed by aromas of citrus fruit, pineapple, hawthorn and apple. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent attack with pleasing crispness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing hints of sweetness. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, peach and apple. Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Cuvée Storica ferments in closed tanks.
