Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Brut Riserva Metodo Classico shows a brilliant straw yellow color and
nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The
nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with
hints of apple, bread crust and almond followed by aromas of hawthorn,
yeast, citrus fruits, broom, pear, plum and mineral. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The
finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and almond. Brut Riserva
Metodo Classico referments in bottle on its lees for 48 months. |
