Collio Malvasia Petris 2012
Collio (Friuli-Venezia Giulia)
Malvasia Istriana
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Collio Malvasia Petris shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances
of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of pear, peach and broom
followed by aromas of apple, plum, apricot, pineapple, hawthorn and citrus
fruits. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and
however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The
finish is persistent with flavors of pear, peach and apple. Part of Collio
Malvasia Petris ages in cask. |
