Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Collio Ribolla Gialla L'Adelchi shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances
of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, pear and plum
followed by aromas of broom, hawthorn, peach, citrus fruits, pineapple and
mineral. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and
however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The
finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and plum. A part of Collio
Ribolla Gialla L'Adelchi ferments and ages in cask for 5 months. |
