 Brilliant ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency.
 Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of black cherry, black currant and violet followed by aromas of blueberry, raspberry, vanilla, iris, tobacco, pink pepper, chocolate, cinnamon, mace and face powder.
 Properly tannic attack, however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, agreeable.
 Very persistent finish with long flavors of black cherry, black currant and blueberry.
 14 months in barrique, 12 months in bottle.
