Intense greenish yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of apple, broom and pear followed by aromas of hawthorn, pineapple and peach.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors.

Pretty persistent flavors with flavors of apple, pear and pineapple.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 14%

Vegetable and crustacean appetizers, Risotto with vegetables and crustaceans, Fried fish
