Intense golden yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, medlar and plum followed by aromas of pear, peach, lychee, citrus fruits, hawthorn and broom.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and medlar.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 11.5%

Mushroom soups, Stuffed pasta, Sauteed meat, Sauteed fish
