Intense ruby red and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency,

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of cherry, plum and blueberry followed by aromas of raspberry, cyclamen and blackberry.

Properly tannic attack and perceptible effervescence, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, plum and blueberry.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13%

Cold cuts, Stuffed pasta with meat and mushrooms, Sauteed meat
