Brilliant golden yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, apricot and plum followed by aromas of hawthorn, citrus fruits, honey and chamomile.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and apricot.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Pasta with fish, Stewed fish, Mushroom soups, Sauteed white meat
