Brilliant ruby red and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of raspberry, strawberry and rose followed by aromas of cherry, blueberry, black pepper and cyclamen.

Tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of strawberry, raspberry and cherry.

4 months in steel tanks, 2 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 14%

Pasta with meat and mushrooms, Cold cuts, Sauteed meat, Roasted white meat
