Score: ✧✧✧ |
The wine shows a pale greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals
clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of banana and yeast
followed by aromas of pineapple, acacia, bread crust, litchi and pear. In
the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent
attack however balanced, intense flavors, good body, agreeable. The finish
has good persistence with flavors of pear and pineapple. This sparkling
wine is produced with the classic method.
