The wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, good effervescence, vanishing perlage. The nose reveals delicate and clean aromas in which are perceived banana, bread crust, apple, pear and hawthorn. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack which tend to prevail, delicate. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of apple. This sparkling wine is produced with the classic method.
