Brilliant golden yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of medlar, apple and citrus fruits followed by aromas of peach, pear, pineapple, melon, hawthorn and broom.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of medlar, apple and peach.

6 months in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Stuffed pasta, Broiled crustaceans, Roasted white meat, Roasted fish, Mushroom soups
