Pale cherry pink and nuances of pale pink, transparent, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and apple followed by aromas of strawberry, cyclamen, pink grapefruit, plum, rose and peach.

Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and pink grapefruit.

Refermented in bottle.

Alcohol: 11.5%

Aperitifs, Risotto with vegetables and fish, Fried fish, Cold cuts, Dairy products
