Brilliant greenish yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of apple, banana and pear followed by aromas of plum, broom and hawthorn.

Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, light body.

Finish of moderate persistence with flavors of apple, banana and pear.

Produced with the long Charmat method.

Alcohol: 11%
