White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧ |
The wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow,
very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that
start with hints of apple, pear and honey followed by aromas of hawthorn,
jasmine and broom. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a
crisp attack and however balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish
is persistent with flavors of pear and apple. This wine ages in bottle for
4 months.
