Pale straw yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, apple and hawthorn followed by aromas of broom, chamomile, citrus fruits, pear, hazelnut, almond and mineral.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, apple and almond.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12%

Pasta and risotto with vegetable and fish, Sauteed fish, Sauteed white meat, Vegetable soups, Dairy products
