The wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow,
very transparent. The nose reveals clean and pleasing aromas which start
with hints of peach and litchi followed by aromas of pineapple, apple,
pear, broom and hawthorn. In the mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, a crisp attack that tends to prevail over the balance, delicate,
intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of litchi,
peach and pear. Blanc de Sers ages in steel tanks for 6 months and 3
months in bottle.
