The wine shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very
transparent. Intensity of aromas is not very high, however they are elegant and
of good personality. Aromas are mainly oriented to fruit such as citrus fruit,
bread crust, yeast, honey, pear and grapefruit. The attack in the mouth is
slightly bitter and crisp, a sensation which is balanced by alcohol. The finish
is persistent with evident flavors of pear, honey and grapefruit. This wine is
produced with temperature controlled fermentation in steel containers.
