This wine shows a brilliant amber yellow color and nuances of amber
yellow, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined
aromas which start with hints of dried fig, dried apricot and vanilla
followed by aromas of candied fruit, peach jam, almond flower, litchi,
honey, raisin and hints of enamel. In the mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, a sweet and round attack however balanced, good body, intense
flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of dried
apricot, honey and litchi. This wine ages for 12 months in barrique
followed by 12 months of aging in bottle.
