The wine has a light ruby red color, moderate transparency. The nose reveals
intense and clean aromas of rose followed by fruit hints of black cherry,
cherry, strawberry and blackberry as well as a pleasing hint of violet, very
pleasing aromas. The mouth denotes a good crispness and good intensity of
flavors. The wine is balanced and alcohol is well balanced by tannins as well
as crispness. The finish is persistent with clean hints of strawberry and rose.
A wine that will give its best when drunk in its young age. This Bonarda is
produced with a maceration in skins for 15 days at a controlled temperature.
