 Brilliant ruby red and nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency.
 Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of black cherry, plum and violet followed by aromas of rose, raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, chocolate, tobacco, licorice, cinnamon, mace, vanilla and menthol.
 Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, agreeable.
 Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, plum and raspberry.
 At least 2 years in cask and barrique, at least 4 months in bottle.
