The wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow,
very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined
aromas which start with hints of peach, pineapple and pear followed by
aromas of apple, almond, hawthorn, broom, vanilla and hints of litchi. In
the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent
with flavors of apple, pineapple and pear. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc
grapes used for the production of this wine ages for 4-5 months in
barrique. This wine ages for 4 months in bottle.
