Valpolicella (Veneto) This Amarone shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, little transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of plum and blueberry followed by aromas of black cherry, black currant jam, dried violet, vanilla, licorice, caramel and hints of carob. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced, full body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, black cherry and blueberry. This wine ages for three years in barrique followed by one year of aging in bottle.

Alcohol: 14.5%

Braised and stewed meat, Roasted meat, Hard cheese

(Veneto) The wine shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of black cherry and black currant followed by aromas of blueberry, licorice, tobacco, dried violet, vanilla and hints of black pepper and cocoa. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, black currant and blueberry. This wine ages for 21 months in barrique, for 5 months in cask followed by one year of aging in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Valpolicella (Veneto) This Recioto shows a deep ruby red color and nuances of purple red, little transparency. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing and elegant aromas which start with hints of black cherry jam, blackberry jam and dried plum followed by aromas of raspberry, blueberry jam, vanilla, licorice, chocolate, dried violet and hints of cinnamon, clove and peach. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic and sweet attack however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing. The finish is persistent with flavors of dried plum, black cherry jam and peach. This wine ages for 4 months in barrique.

Alcohol: 13%

Recioto di Soave (Veneto) The wine shows a pale amber color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of peach jam and dried apricot followed by aromas of dried flowers, date, litchi, baked apple, walnut, vanilla and hints of enamel and caramel. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly crisp and sweet attack however balanced, good body, good sweetness, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with good flavors of dried apricot, peach jam and baked apple. This wine ages in barrique for 6 months and for 3 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13%

The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of toasted wood, hawthorn and apple followed by aromas of pear, hazelnut, peach, vanilla and hints of coffee. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple, peach and toasted wood. This Soave ferments and ages in barrique for some months.

The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of blackberry and plum followed by aromas of blueberry, black cherry, plum, violet and hints of carob and vanilla. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum and black cherry. This wine is produced with the "ripasso" technique and ages in cask for about two years.
