Brindisi (Apulia) This wine shows a deep ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of black cherry and blueberry followed by aromas of blackberry, plum, violet, licorice, vanilla and hints of cinnamon and cocoa. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, good tannins, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and blackberry. A well made wine. Jaddico ages for 8 months in barrique.

Alcohol: 14%

Roasted meat, Game, Braised and stewed meat

Salento (Apulia) The wine shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of apple, pear and peach followed by aromas of pineapple, litchi and broom and hints of elder. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear and apple.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Fried fish, Pasta and risotto with fish and crustaceans, sauteed fish

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins, pleasing and good roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum and black cherry. This wine ages in steel tanks.

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, good tannins, agreeable. The finish is very persistent with flavors of blackberry, plum and black cherry. A well made wine. Torre Testa ages for 14 months in barrique.
