Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
This Champagne shows an onion skin pink color and nuances of salmon pink,
very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The
nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant that start with
hints of raspberry, tangerine and cherry followed by aromas of strawberry,
bread crust, yeast, banana, litchi, apple and cyclamen. In the mouth has
good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however
well balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of raspberry, cherry and strawberry. A well made
wine. This Champagne ages on its lees for 3 years.
