White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
This wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing
aromas which start with hints of apple, pear and hawthorn followed by
aromas of pineapple, broom, wistaria, almond and hints of vanilla. In the
mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of pear and apple. Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and
Riesling grapes used for the production of this wine are fermented and
aged in barrique whereas the rest in steel tanks.
