(Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine shows a pale golden color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of peach and pineapple followed by aromas of banana, acacia, broom, hawthorn, litchi, pear and elder. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and pleasing roundness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, pineapple and pear. Col Martin ages in steel tanks until the moment of bottling.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Mushroom soups, Sauteed fish, Pasta and risotto with fish and crustaceans, Sauteed white meat

Collio (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) This wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of pineapple and apple followed by aromas of hawthorn, broom, pear, plum and hints of litchi. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and pleasing roundness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and pear. This wine ages in steel tanks until bottling.

Alcohol: 13.5%

The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of peach, elder and pineapple followed by good aromas of banana, passion fruit, broom, litchi, pear and hints of tomato leaf. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, pineapple, litchi and passion fruit. A well made wine. This Sauvignon Blanc ages in steel tanks until the moment of bottling.
