Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of apple, plum and citrus fruits followed by aromas of pear, mature peach, honey, vanilla, grapefruit, pineapple, hawthorn, broom, almond, anise and mineral.

Crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Very persistent finish with long flavors of apple, plum and almond.

12 months in barrique, 12 months in bottle.

Roasted fish, Roasted white meat, Stewed fish, Stuffed pasta with mushrooms

Intense golden yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of apple, plum and almond followed by aromas of pear, citrus fruits, hawthorn, pineapple, broom, anise, honey, ripe peach, mineral and vanilla.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Very persistent finish with long flavors of apple, plum, pear and almond.

Fermented in barrique, aged for 12 months in barrique, at least 2 years in bottle.


Alcohol: 13.5%

Stuffed pasta with mushrooms, Roasted fish, Roasted white meat, Stewed fish

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi (Marches) Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Passito Brumato shows a brilliant amber yellow color and nuances of amber yellow, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of dried fig, honey and almond followed by aromas of dried apricot, quince jam, peach jam, date, candied fruit, vanilla and nail polish. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet attack and a pleasing roundness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of dried fig, almond and honey. Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Passito Brumato ages for about 24 months in barrique.

Persistent finish with flavors of raisin, dried fig and honey.

Fermented and aged in barrique for about 24 months.
