The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of banana, toasted and hazelnut followed by aromas of apple, plum, yeast, vanilla, pineapple, litchi, grapefruit, mineral and praline. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and pleasing roundness, however well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, plum and grapefruit. A well made wine. Aurente ages for 7 months in barrique followed by 6 months of aging in bottle.

(Umbria) Torre di Giano shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and peach followed by aromas of hawthorn, broom and almond. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of pear, apple and peach. Torre di Giano ages in steel tanks.

Intense, clean and pleasing aromas, starts with hints of pear, citrus fruits and peach followed by aromas of hawthorn, plum, broom and apple.

Good correspondence to the nose, crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors.

Persistent finish with flavors of pear, peach and plum.

Steel tanks.

(Umbria) Torveto shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of banana, pear and peach followed by aromas of acacia, broom, almond, apple, grapefruit, jasmine and hints of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, apple and almond. Torveto ages for 2 months in barrique.

Alcohol: 13%

Pasta and risotto with fish, Stewed fish, Mushroom soups, Roasted white meat

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of banana, apple and peach.

2 months in barrique.
