Franciacorta (Lombardy) This Franciacorta shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of banana and acacia followed by aromas of bread crust, broom, tangerine, apple, pear and grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, tangerine and apple. This Franciacorta ages in bottle on its lees for at least 24 months.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of banana, apple and praline followed by aromas of pear, bread crust, croissant, butter, hazelnut, grapefruit, yeast, acacia, kiwi, honey and honey.

Crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Very persistent finish with long flavors of apple, banana and pear.

A part of the base wine ferments in barrique. Refermented in bottle on its lees for at least 70 months.

The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of dried apricot, raisin and quince jam followed by aromas of ripe banana, peach jam, candied fruits, honey, lavender, vanilla, citrus fruits peel and nail polish. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of dried apricot, candied fruits and honey. Incanto ages for 24 months in barrique followed by at least 3 months of aging in bottle.

(Lombardy) Nero d'Ombra shws an intense ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, little transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of plum, black cherry and black currant followed by aromas of dried violet, vanilla, chocolate, tobacco, licorice and eucalyptus. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and black currant. Nero d'Ombra ages for 12 months in steel tanks, 12 months in barrique and for at least 12 months in bottle.
