Franciacorta (Lombardy) This Franciacorta Brut shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of banana, pear and acacia followed by aromas of bread crust, citrus fruits, pineapple, yeast, peach and almond. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, pear and apple. This Franciacorta Brut referments in bottle on its lees for at least 25 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, banana and bread crust followed by aromas of hawthorn, praline, pear, hazelnut, medlar, yeast and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, apple and plum. This Franciacorta Brut Millesimato referments in bottle on its lees for 36 months.
