Colli Orientali del Friuli (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine has a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas, mainly of fruit, such as black cherry, cherry, strawberry and raspberry followed by pleasing aromas of rose and violet. In mouth has good correspondence to the nose, balance, intense flavors, good body and pleasing tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry and raspberry. This wine is fermented in steel tanks and is aged in bottle for at least 90 days.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Roasted meat, Stewed meat, Sauteed white meat, Hard cheese

Collio (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine shows brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense and pleasing aromas such as black cherry, plum, violet and carob followed by good aromas of bell pepper and nougat. In mouth has good correspondence to the nose, good body and balance, very agreeable and intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry and plum. This wine is fermented in steel tanks and is aged in bottle for at least 90 days.

Collio (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals pleasing, clean, intense, refined and elegant aromas of acacia, pineapple, hawthorn, lemon, pear and peach followed by good aromas of elder and sage. In mouth has good correspondence to the nose, balanced and agreeable, with intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, pear and pineapple. A well made wine. This Pinot Blanc is fermented in steel tanks and ages for at least 30 days in bottle.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Collio (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine shows a light straw yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose has personality with elegant, intense, clean and pleasing aromas, mainly of flowers, such as chamomile, chrysanthemum, carnation, yellow rose and elder followed by good aromas of apple, pear, peach, tomato leaf, bell pepper and basil. In the mouth is balanced, very agreeable with intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, peach and pear. A well made wine. This Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in steel tanks and ages for at least 30 days in bottle.

(Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine has an intense ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, little transparency. The nose reveals personality with intense, clean, elegant and refined aromas of black cherry, strawberry jam, raspberry jam, blackberry jam, plum jam, blueberry and violet followed by good aromas of vanilla, licorice and cocoa. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack however well balanced by alcohol, intense flavors and full bodied. The finish is very persistent with good and pleasing flavors of black cherry, plum, blueberry and raspberry. Progetto ferments in steel tanks and ages in casks for 2 years followed by an aging in bottle for at least 12 months.

Alcohol: 13%

(Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine has a brilliant golden yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, pleasing, clean and elegant aromas of dried apricot, ripe banana, peach jam, date, litchi and honey followed by good aromas of cocoa butter, caper and bell pepper. In mouth denotes good correspondence to the nose, round and smooth, good body, intense flavors and agreeable sweetness. The finish is persistent with flavors of dates, dried apricot and litchi. This wine is produced with must of partially dried grapes and partially fermented, aged for 8 months in barrique and followed by 24 months of aging in bottle.

Alcohol: 12.5%
