The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of cherry, raspberry and plum followed by aromas of cyclamen, blueberry and peach. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum. Canaiolorosa ages for 4 months in steel tanks.

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and almond. This Colli di Luni Vermentino ages for 3 months in steel tanks.

The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and blackberry. Merla della Miniera ages for more than one year in cask followed by 6 months of aging in bottle.

The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum. This Vermentino Nero ferments in barrique.
