(Umbria) Decugnano Brut Metodo Classico shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of banana, plum and apple followed by aromas of yeast, bread crust, plum and hazelnut. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, banana e hazelnut. Decugnano Brut Metodo Classico referments in bottle on its lees for at least 48 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, apple and plum. Decugnano Brut Nature Metodo Classico referments in bottle on its lees for at least 60 months.

The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of black cherry, plum and blackberry followed by aromas of blueberry, violet, vanilla, tobacco, chocolate, mace and menthol. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and blueberry. Il Rosso ages in part in barrique for 12 months and ages in bottle for 8 months.

Alcohol: 14.5%

The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and blueberry. A part of this wine ages for 12 months in barrique.

The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and banana. A part of Maris ferments and ages in barrique for 3 months and ages in bottle for 6 months.

The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of quince, dried apricot and peach jam followed by aromas of chamomile, candied fruits, pineapple, pear, broom, acacia honey, almond and praline. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and pleasing sweet attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of quince, dried apricot and candied fruits. Pourriture Noble ferments in steel tanks and ages for 6 months in bottle.
