Brilliant pale pink and nuances of pale pink, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and apple followed by aromas of plum, tangerine, yeast and cyclamen.

Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of raspberry, cherry and plum.

14 months of fermentation and aging in closed tank.


Alcohol: 12.5%

Pasta and risotto with fish, Broiled crustaceans, Sauteed fish, Mushroom soups
