Intense ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency. Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of black currant, black cherry and plum followed by aromas of violet, blueberry, blackberry, face powder, tobacco, cocoa, licorice, leather, vanilla, mace and eucalyptus. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of black currant, black cherry and plum. 18 months in barrique and cask, 18 months in bottle.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, plum and raspberry. 14 months in cask, 6 months in bottle.
