Intense ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, black currant and black cherry followed by aromas of violet, blueberry, peony, chocolate, tobacco, vanilla, mace and menthol. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of plum, black currant and black cherry. Aged in barrique.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and bread crust followed by aromas of strawberry, tangerine, cyclamen, plum and hazelnut. Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and tangerine. Refermented in bottle on its lees for 24 months.
