Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, apple and hawthorn followed by aromas of pear, broom, citrus fruits, hazelnut, peach, almond and mineral. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of plum, apple and hazelnut. 4 months in steel tanks.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of black cherry, plum and blueberry followed by aromas of violet, pomegranate, blackberry, rose, carob, black pepper and hints of vanilla. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, plum and pomegranate. 6 months in barrique.
