Intense ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, plum and geranium followed by aromas of strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, carob, black pepper, laurel and vanilla. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, plum and strawberry. 18 months in steel tanks, 12 months in cask, 6 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, plum and strawberry. 24 months in steel tanks, 24 months in cask, 12 months in bottle.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, plum and broom followed by aromas of hawthorn, citron, nettle, bell pepper and mineral. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and citron. 3 months in steel tanks.

Deep ruby red and nuances of purple red, little transparency, fine and persistent perlage. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of black cherry, blackberry and plum followed by aromas of violet, red orange, cyclamen, geranium and blueberry. Effervescent and properly tannic attack, however balanced by alcohol, intense flavors, pleasing crispness with a touch of sweetness. Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum. Produced with the Charmat method.
