Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of pear, apple and broom followed by aromas of hawthorn, medlar, pineapple and plum. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of pear, apple and medlar. Aged in steel tanks.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of black cherry, plum and dried violet followed by aromas of geranium, raspberry, blueberry, cinnamon, tobacco, chocolate, vanilla and menthol. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, plum and raspberry. 16 months in barrique, 12 months in bottle.
