Limpid, colorless and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of pear, apple, linden, broom and peach with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness, pleasing roundness.
Persistent finish with flavors of pear, apple and peach.
Distilled in steam operated batch alembic.
