Limpid and crystalline, pale straw yellow.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of malt, caramel, hop, hawthorn, jasmine, peach, apple, citrus fruit peel, plum and honey with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness, pleasing roundness.
Very persistent finish with long flavors of malt, peach, apple and caramel.
Batch distillation in bain-marie distiller.
