Limpid, crystalline and colorless.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of apple, pear, bell pepper, licorice, green pepper, hazelnut, almond, honey and medlar with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced roundness, pleasing sweetness.
Very persistent finish with long flavors of pear, honey and medlar.
Distilled in steam operated batch alembic still. Aged in steel tanks for about 24 months.
