Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.

Very persistent finish with long flavors of apricot, peach, lychee, pear and honey.

Batch distillation in bain-marie alembic. Aged for 2 years in cask, 2 years in cask used for the production of Sauternes wine.
