Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
The wine shows a beautiful and rich ruby red color. The bouquet is
intense and has a good variety of aroma, mainly of fruits, such as
blackberry, black cherry, raspberry, ripe cherry, blackberry jam,
cherry jam as well as tobacco, vanilla and cocoa. The bouquet is
completed with a light and good aroma of wood which is well integrated
with the rest. Wine's taste is robust, full bodied and balanced.
Tannins are evident and are well balanced by other components. Finish
is persistent with good and clean hints of blackberry. Cajo is produced
by blending more wines, part of wine is aged in casks and part in
vats. The aging process is completed in bottles.
