This wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of banana, broom and pear followed by aromas of wistaria, apple and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear and plum. Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Brut Bareta ferments in tank for about 60 days.
