Trebbiano Spoletino 2007
(Umbria)
Trebbiano Spoletino
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
This wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn followed
by aromas of medlar, peach, pear and vanilla. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent
with flavors of apple, plum and peach. This Trebbiano Spoletino ages for 4
months in cask followed by 6 months of aging in bottle. |
